STRUCTURE

A conveyor belt generally consists of cover rubber, carcass, reinforced fabric, and adhesive rubber.


COVER RUBBER

Cover rubber consists mainly of natural or synthetic rubber and protects the carcass. It has properties such as resistance to abrasion, heat, oil, chemicals, static, and fire depending on the conditions of use.


CARCASS

The carcass maintains the tension of the belt and supports the handling materials. It uses covered fabric such as nylon, polyester, steel cord, and aramid with strong adhesive rubber.


ADHESIVE RUBBER

Adhesive rubber maintains strong bonding between all layers of the carcass and the cover rubber while sustaining flexibility in the belt. It uses rubber with low fatigue stress.


REINFORCED COVER

A reinforced cover protects the carcass by inserting an additional reinforced layer between the carcass and the cover rubber. This is useful when materials cause large tears or heavy shocks during operation.


MATERIAL

A conveyor belt consists of a carcass that maintains belt tension and rubber with appropriate quality to protect the carcass from handling materials and the surrounding environment.

FLAT TRANSMISSION BELT

The belt has good straightness and flatness with even and minimal elongation. It is made from 28-ounce duck fabric. Light grey colour is used for 28-ounce duck, while 32-ounce duck fabrics have a red seaming strip. The appearance and colour can be modified according to customer requirements.


USAGE AND FEATURES

Used for mechanical power transmission. The interlayer of the belt is formed by wrapping and bonding rubber-coated canvas.

The carcass has high tensile strength, strong flex resistance, and low elongation. It is bright in colour, firm, and durable.

EP / EE / NN CONVEYOR BELTS


ADVANTAGES

Lightweight, high modulus, good impact resistance, low elongation, weak elasticity, good trough ability, anti-humidity, and anti-insect properties.

Suitable for transportation over medium or long distances with heavy loads.


APPLICATION

Commonly used for conveying bulk materials and baggage in coal mines, foundries, sand pits, quarries, grain industries, cement industries, wood industries, and steel industries.

CHARACTERISTICS


EP BELT

Built with EP canvas carcass. The belt offers advantages such as lightweight structure, high modulus, good impact resistance, low elongation, weak elasticity, good trough ability, anti-humidity, and anti-insect properties.

Suitable for medium or long-distance transportation with heavy loads under high-speed working conditions.

Low elongation, high modulus, and excellent trough ability.


NN BELT

Built with NN canvas carcass. The belt offers advantages such as lightweight structure, high modulus, good impact resistance, low elongation, good elasticity, and good trough ability.

Suitable for transportation over medium or long distances, especially under conditions of heavy impact and abrasion.

High modulus, strong tension resistance, good impact resistance, and excellent trough ability.
